South west quartet in Canada side

Four players from the south west have been selected in Canada's squad for their tour to Europe next month.

Plymouth Albion duo Justin Mensah-Coker and Sean-Michael Stephen are both in the side.

Also in the touring party are Cornish Pirates duo Michael Burak and Ed Fairhurst.

The Canucks are due to face Ireland at the new Thomond Park in Limerick, on Saturday, 8 November, before taking on Wales and then Scotland.

Forward Stephen, 25, and winger Mensah-Coker, 24, joined Albion at the start of the season.

Mensah-Coker has 10 caps and has scored four tries for his country while Stephen has played 13 times for Canada and scored three tries.

Pirates scrum-half Fairhurst is the most capped player of the quartet, having played 51 times for the Canadians while lock Burak has 15 caps.
