Rudzki has Premiership experience with former club Harlequins |
Cambridge forward Karl Rudzki is hoping he will soon make his first appearance for the club as he recovers from a long-term arm injury. Rudzki joined Cambridge in July from Northampton but has not played yet because of the broken arm he suffered playing for Saints in January. He told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire: "I'm still waiting to get the all-clear from my surgeon. "I can feel the day I run out there in the shirt coming a lot closer." Rudzki, who can play in both the second row and at flanker, is one of several players who have signed for Cambridge after playing for Northampton. "I think everyone has come to Cambridge with fresh ideas and an open mind to take on what coaches Bob Crooks and James Shanahan have for us," he said. "As you can see from our results we're doing what they ask as best we can."
