Fallon wants to avoid any slip ups against Durham on Saturday
Histon boss Steve Fallon has reminded his side of the importance of having a good run in the FA Cup this season.
The Stutes travel to Northern Premier Division One side Durham City on Saturday in the fourth qualifying round.
"It's by far the most important cup competition there is," Fallon told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.
"To the extent where it's more important than the league at this moment in time."
With the credit crunch starting to bite at clubs up and down the country, Fallon is anxious that his side do not pass up on an extra source of income.
"It's a pot every club would like to get a share of and I think it's something like ten grand for winning the Durham game," Fallon said.
"It's a very important weekend for both clubs and every single club still in the Cup".
Durham are yet to lose a match in any competition so far this season and beat Stalybridge Celtic 6-1 in the third qualifying round.
"They're a very good side, they've got players who should be playing much higher," Fallon said.

"We're not going there expecting a potential banana skin, we know it's a tough game and if we don't play well then we'll definitely go out."
Midfielder Antonio Murray is definitely ruled out with an ankle problem, whilst striker Danny Wright is struggling after picking up a knock earlier in the week.
Neil Andrews and Robbie Nightingale will also miss out through injury.
