Fly-halves to get Chiefs run-out

Exeter Chiefs

Exeter Chiefs are set to give both their fly-halves some game time in Saturday's final pre-season game against Launceston.

Gareth Steenson, who kicked all 15 points in Exeter's win over Bristol last weekend, is set to start against the Cornish All Blacks.

Rival Danny Gray will then be given game time in the second half as part of his rehabilitation from a groin injury.

The Chiefs face Esher in their first league game on August 30.

Steenson is hoping to reproduce last weekend's kicking form against Launceston.

"To get all the points is a nice bonus but that's my job and my responsibility to the team," said Steenson.

"The guys get us the penalties and it's my responsibility to kick them."
