Wakefield scrum-half Danny Brough has been given a one-game ban after being found guilty of using foul and abusive language towards a touch judge.

Brough, who was sent off in the Super League win over bottom side Celtic Crusaders, was also fined £300.

He pleaded guilty by letter to the Rugby Football League disciplinary committee, apologising for his actions.

Wakefield coach John Kear was also advised to warn Brough about his future behaviour.

Brough will now miss his side's visit to Challenge Cup finalists Warrington on Friday.
