Two goals in two second-half minutes saw Lincoln City sink Bradford, who are yet to score in League Two this season.
The Bantams had the chance to break the deadlock when Shane Clarke handled in the box in the first-half but Rob Burch saved Michael Flynn's penalty.
The Imps went in front on 62 minutes when Simon Ramsden fouled Jamie Clarke and Rene Howe scored from the spot.
Seconds later, Chris Fagan ran through the home defence unchallenged before slotting home to seal Lincoln's win.
Bradford boss Stuart McCall told BBC Radio Leeds:
"How we've not gone in at half-time two or three up I'll never know apart from poor finishing and excellent goalkeeping.
"Goals change games, simple as that, and if you don't take your chances then that's what happens.
"If you tell me tonight that we didn't deserve to score two or three goals then we're not watching the same game."
Lincoln City manager Peter Jackson told BBC Radio Lincolnshire:
"For 30 minutes there was nothing in the game, we had a bit of luck and kept a clean sheet, though but I don't know how in the first half, and in the second half we could have won it more comfortably in the end.
"It was a tight game and the first goal was going to be decisive whoever scored. We took our chances and Bradford didn't.
"It's always a difficult place to come, there's always a big atmosphere but we've come away with an excellent three points."
