Hull KR have continued to rebuild their squad for next season with the signing of Harlequins prop David Mills on a one-year deal. The 26-year-old, who becomes Hull KR's seventh new recruit, joined Quins in 2005 after three seasons with Widnes.
"He's a great player. His work ethic is second to none and he plays the game hard," said Robins coach Justin Morgan, who played alongside Mills for Wales.
"He will add strength and aggression to our pack which will make him a threat."
Hull KR have also signed 18-year-old prop Luke Menzies from Batley Bulldogs on a one-year deal.
"Luke is a youngster with a huge amount of potential and has a burning desire to succeed within the game," said Morgan.
"He's passionate about his footy and will give the forwards a touch of youth.
"It's great to be in a position to be giving a player of Luke's abilities the chance to join a Super League squad."
