Horne celebrated his testimonial season in 2010 |
Hull FC stand-off Richard Horne is unlikely to be risked for Friday night's home game with Leeds Rhinos. Horne, 28, missed Sunday's season-opening defeat to Hull KR in Cardiff as he continues his recovery from close season knee surgery. But the Black and Whites should have prop Lee Radford fit for Friday's game. The 31-year-old suffered a hamstring strain at the Millennium Stadium, but tests suggest that the injury is not as bad as first feared. As for Horne, FC coach Richard Agar told BBC Radio Humberside: "We'll probably leave him until Huddersfield the week after. "We'll see how he goes in training but, with a short turnaround, we're likely to set our stall out for next Sunday."
