Radford signed a new two-year deal at the end of last season.

Hull FC will assess the hamstring strain picked up by veteran forward Lee Radford in the 34-22 derby defeat to Hull KR in Cardiff.

Radford spent most of the off-season recovering from shoulder surgery.

"The physio says it's a grade one [least severe] but we'll hopefully get it right for Friday," the 31-year-old told BBC Radio Humberside.

Hull face Leeds at the KC Stadium as they look to bounce back from the opening day defeat.
