Castleford Tigers have signed St Helens front-row forwards Nick Fozzard and Jake Emmitt. Fozzard, 33, who has also played for Leeds, Huddersfield, Warrington and Hull KR, has signed a one-year deal. Emmitt, who has signed a two-year deal to tie him to The Jungle until 2012, played eight Super League matches for Saints this season, scoring one try. The 21-year-old had been dual-registered both with Saints and Championship side Leigh Centurions. Tigers boss Terry Matterson said: "Fozzie has had a long and illustrious career in the game and his experience will be vital for our young guys.  | Jake is a big, skilful prop. Fozzard, who has played for Great Britain, added: "I'm really looking forward to joining the Tigers. "I have a number of friends there. As a local lad, I know the club well and the rivalries as I also played in one or two of their derbies when I was at Leeds."
