Widnes half-back Anthony Thackeray says there is more to come from the Vikings as they prepare for the Northern Rail Cup next month against Barrow. Thackeray scored a hat-trick of tries in the 27-22 victory over Halifax on Sunday in the semi-final. "We're still not finished, we can still produce better," Thackeray told BBC Radio Merseyside. "We're just happy to get there. We've got another game next week before [the final] but we're happy to be there." | We've worked hard for this for a couple of months now its a big game for us - its massive. The 23-year-old thinks he is now showing his true form at present. He said: "I said it at the beginning of the year, I've had a slow start to the season. But that's what I'm about and I'm happy as long as we win. "We've worked hard for this for a couple of months now its a big game for us - it's massive." Widnes face Barrow Raiders in the Northern Rail Cup final on Sunday, 12 July at Bloomfield Road.
