Matthew Myers has returned to Panthers after a season in America |
Nottingham Panthers coach Corey Neilson believes the experience of his British players will help bond his squad together next season. Panthers have nine new faces on their roster for the new campaign, much higher than in previous years. But all of his British players have returned, including Matthew Myers after a season playing in America. Neilson told BBC Radio Nottingham: "We have a lot of Brits with great experience who know the league." He added: "They know what it takes and I am sure they will share that wealth of experience with the new guys coming in." Captain Danny Meyers (27), David Clarke (28) and Marc Levers (29), join Myers (25) in returning to the National Ice Centre next season. All four returning players have 19 years of Elite League experience between them.
