 Sarich returns to the Steelers for a fifth season |
Sheffield Steelers have secured the services of last season's player of the year Rod Sarich for a fifth season. Sarich, who was also named as the Elite League defenceman of the year, will return to the club as a forward. "I had several other offers, including one from Nottingham, but this represents a new challenge," Sarich told BBC Radio Sheffield. The 28-year-old Canadian added: "I'm excited to be returning as a forward. It takes me out of my comfort zone."
