Sheffield Steelers general manager Mike O'Connor believes "in his heart" that defenceman Rod Sarich will leave during the summer. The Steelers are desperate to re-sign the 28-year-old, who is the subject of interest from European teams. "We can't compete with some of the offers that he has received," O'Connor told BBC Radio Sheffield. "My head tells me we have a pretty good chance of keeping him, but my heart tells me that he'll probably be off."
