Swindon have continued their summer re-building, with the signing of forward Sam Bullas. The 18-year-old joins the Wildcats from Nottingham, where he played for the Elite League Panthers and their junior team the Lions. Swindon head coach Ryan Aldridge told BBC Wiltshire: "Sam is a great signing for us. "He is a power forward and he has proved that he can find the net and make the pass." Bullas finished in the English National League's top 10 scorers last season with 15 goals and 17 assists in 27 games. Aldridge is convinced he can make a real difference to the Wildcats at the Link Centre. "Unlike a lot of young players that have been coming through the system lately, Sam has demonstrated that he knows his role and knows that he will be an energy guy for us. "He'll be taking the body, working hard all over the ice and chipping in with the points where he can," Aldridge added.
