Steve Thornton was on target in the league victory over Hull

The Giants continued their perfect start to the season with an Elite League victory in Hull on Sunday night.

Colin Shields put the visitors ahead in the fourth minute but Pavel Gomenyuk levelled for the Stingrays.

Andrew Martin made it 2-1 and further strikes from player/coach Steve Thornton and Evan Cheverie sealed a comfortable win.

The Odyssey team hammered Newcastle 8-2 on Saturday and they have won all four of their opening games.
