Leigh Jamieson is the second GB player to join Blaze in a fortnight

Elite League champions Coventry Blaze have signed Great Britain international Leigh Jamieson from Belfast Giants.

The 22-year-old put in some impressive displays in front of Blaze and GB coach Paul Thompson in Austria at last month's World Championships.

Following the arrival of Ben O'Connor from Edinburgh, Jamieson is the second GB player to sign for Thompson since the end of the season.

He helped GB Juniors to a gold medal at the 2004 World Championships.
