Bowditch is one of the four cyclists in Guernsey's team

Guernsey's cycling team are preparing for the Commonwealth Games in Delhi with four months of intense training.

The team of Tobyn Horton, Josh Gosselin, Ann Bowditch and James McLaughlin will represent Guernsey at the games in October.

The four are set to spend a large amount of time in France, building up the distances they travel in preparation for the 160 km road race.

The team will also compete in the 40km time trial in Delhi.
