Track cycling's World Championships take place in Pruskow, Poland this week and, for the first time in nine years, Paul Manning will not be taking part. Manning, who won three world team pursuit titles, retired after clinching Olympic gold in the same event in Beijing and admits he has only ridden a bike a handful of times since. He will be watching as part of the commentary team for BBC Radio 5 Live in Pruskow, "living through what friends and family have lived through for years". Speaking to BBC Sport's Martin Gough, he gives the lowdown on what to look out for in Poland.
