Leicester Riders are hoping to extend their unbeaten start to 2009 in the British Basketball League Championship when they visit Worthing on Saturday.

Riders head coach Rob Paternostro told BBC Radio Leicester: "Worthing will be pumped up for this one as they need to get back in play-off contention."

And Paternostro feels point guard Flinder Boyd makes a big difference.

He told the club website: "Having a settled situation at the point with Flinder Boyd is really helping us."

The game tips off at Thunder at 1900 GMT.
