"To win a few games in the competition and get that bit closer to Wembley is a great feeling." The University have beaten local rivals Nottingham Outlaws and St Mary's University already in the competition to set up the clash with the Royal Navy. Captain Thomas Howell said: "It was nice to win a local derby against Nottingham in the preliminary round. "A few of the team played for the Outlaws in the summer league, so we knew all about them. "That was a hard fought win and a very pleasing one. St Mary's was another tough game. "We had already beaten them twice before the cup game, so were confident. "It was satisfying to beat them and gives us confidence going in to the next round. You can watch the Super League Show again right now on the BBC iPlayer or via the red button on BBC TV.
