Agethangelou won a team bronze at this year's Commonwealth Games

Jersey's Mariana Agathangelou and Heather Olver lost their doubles final at the England National Championships.

The pair, seeded second, went down 21-7 21-17 to top seeds Jennie Wallwork and Gabby White of England.

The match, held in Manchester, lasted just 33 minutes, with Agathangelou and Olver failing to show any real resistance until the second game.

Last year's final between the same opponents ended with Wallwork and White winning 21-19 21-23 21-11.
