Players from Portuguese Club refused to continue their Jersey Premiership match against title holders St Paul's, walking off the pitch when 3-0 down.
Goals from Craig Leitch, Ross Crick and Jack Cannon had given St Paul's a comfortable lead before the abandonment was announced.
The exact reason for the protest has yet to be confirmed to the island's league secretary.
St Paul's lie top of the table, with Portuguese Club second from bottom.
Elsewhere in the island's top flight on Saturday, Grouville beat Trinity 1-0 with a second-half penalty from Mick McParland.
The result means Grouville leapfrog their opposition into fifth spot.
In the other match Jersey Wanderers narrowly beat St Ouen 4-3, helped by a brace from Matt Rondel.
