Heather Olver to partner Anthony Clark in doubles

European mixed doubles champion Anthony Clark will form a new partnership with Heather Olver following the retirement of Donna Kellogg.

Olver, 23, got her chance with the wins in the Norwegian International last month and the Belgian International in September with Marcus Ellis.

The pair's first event will be at the Malaysia Open starting on 19 January.

Kellogg played her final tournament at the beginning of December after announcing her retirement last month.

Olver, a Bath University graduate, won the women's doubles of the Irish International just over a week ago with Mariana Agathangelou.

The Eastbourne-born player was also runner-up at the Swedish International with Rob Adcock in January.

"The creation of this new partnership reaffirms Anthony's commitment to maintain a mixed and men's doubles programme into the future and allows the opportunity for another very talented younger player to gain valuable experience at the highest level of international badminton," said GB and Badminton England performance director Ian Moss.
