Windsurfing
The competition took place over two heats at St Ouen's Bay

Guernsey's windsurfing team have defeated Jersey to retain their title of Channel Island Champions.

The annual event was based on wave jumping, judged on style and control, rather than the normal racing format.

Guernsey's winsurfers took all three podium positions, excelling in the force six winds with 10-15ft waves at St Ouen's Bay.

First place went to Andrew Hutchinson, Matt Le Poidevin finished in second, while Matt Stark took third place.
