Falcons beat Ramsey A 5-2 on Saturday to lift the Mixed Hockey Cup at the National Sports Centre in Douglas. The result was never in doubt after the premier league runners-up found the net four times in the first 10 minutes to secure silverware of their own. Zoe Carney, Steve Crowe (two), Kim Carney and a debut goal for Christian Forbes set the party in full swing. The prolific Ollie Webster netted a double for battling Ramsey in the second half but the cup had long gone. Meanwhile, Harlequins are also celebrating after defeating Bacchas D to claim the Tuftex Trophy. Second half goals from Peter Nuttall (two) and Pete Godwin fired them to victory. Elsewhere, Phoenix were relegated from the Premier League after going down 2-0 to Valkyrs B, who will take their place in the top-flight next season.
