Inderwick led the Guernsey team to their fifth straight victory |
Guernsey won the Under-17 girls hockey Inter-insular match 3-0 on Saturday, to record a fifth straight victory over island rivals Jersey. After an opener from Chloe Dawes Guernsey finished the first half two up thanks to Frankie Stewart. Guernsey held off pressure from Jersey before Megan Stewart sealed the game. Captain Pippa Inderwick told BBC Guernsey: "Short corners were a bit dodgy at times, but overall we played well. We'll work with the good points."
