Former Stoke rider Poole will also feature for Ipswich this season

Eastbourne have named Australian Taylor Poole as their number eight rider for the forthcoming Elite League campaign.

Poole, 18, rode for Stoke Potters last season before switching to Ipswich Witches in the Premier League as well as now being part of the Eagles squad.

Eagles co-promoter Mike Bellerby said: "Taylor is an exciting prospect and I'm sure he will fit in well with our team.

"He's ambitious and wants to ride for the Eagles. We look forward to seeing him in action."
