Eastbourne fell to a 19th Blue Square Bet Premier game without a win as Rushden came away with the points.

The Diamonds took the lead when Paris Cowan-Hall slammed home after the Sports could not clear home keeper Joe Day's long ball up the field.

Richard Pacquette went close on a number of occasions for Borough but could not find the equaliser.

And Eddie Oshodi wrapped up the points in the final minute, converting Gary Mills' cross from six yards.
