Lindgren won four of his five rides against the Hammers |
Wolverhampton maintained their perfect home record with a 56-38 victory over Lakeside in the Elite League. Grand Prix star Freddie Lindgren was outstanding with a 13-point haul, only beaten by Jonas Davidsson in heat 10. But it was a solid-scoring night from the whole team, Ty Proctor adding nine points and Tai Woffinden eight. And Lindgren's younger brother Ludvig, 19, produced his best form of the season, chalking up seven points from his reserve position. The Hammers struggled for consistency all evening, Stuart Robson adding eight points to Davidsson's top score of 13. The victory takes Wolves up to second position in the Elite League table, boosting their chances of defending their title in the end of season play-offs.
