Australia's Ty Proctor shines in Wolverhampton victory
Proctor was only beaten by an opponent once all night
Australia rider Ty Proctor returned to form for Wolves as they gained revenge over Belle Vue in the Elite League.
The 23-year old chalked up nine points in the 50-43 victory at Monmore Green, avenging the recent defeat against the Manchester-based club.
"He's very hot and cold at the minute, Ty. He had a dreadful meeting with us on Sunday at Poole," Wolves team manager Peter Adams told BBC WM.
"He's come back strong, and that's the beauty of this team," he added.
"There's so much potential in it and you're never quite certain where the points are coming from - but as long as they keep coming in this kind of volume we'll be happy."
Freddie Lindgren won his first four heats on his way to 13 points, while skipper Tai Woffinden and former Belle Vue legend Joe Screen each added seven for Wolves.
The Aces were led by 12 points apiece from captain Hans Andersen and veteran Peter Karlsson who made his first return to Monmore since lifting the Elite League Trophy for them last October.
