Sheffield Tigers have signed Richard Hall for next season's Premier League campaign. The 25-year-old joins skipper Ricky Ashworth and Hugh Skidmore who were recently confirmed for the 2010 season. Sheffield owner Neil Machin said: "Richard is the latest piece in the team jigsaw. We're delighted about it. "He's a class act around our own track but during our discussions we both agreed he needs to up his performance levels away from home." Sheffield finished eighth in last season's Premier League, 25 points behind eventual winners King's Lynn, but Machin was upbeat about the coming season. "We're determined to be as successful as possible and the team is taking shape nicely," he said.
