Guernsey driver Andy Priaulx has the fastest car in the World Touring Car Championship, according to the official timings released on Monday. Priaulx's model of BMW is three tenths of a second faster than the SEAT León TDI Turbo Diesels. He has complained in the past that his BMW 320si is slower than the diesels which dominated last season. Both the BMW and SEAT models will carry maximum ballast when the competition resumes in Germany in September.
