Stoke replace Burrows with Smart

Lee Smart
Smart has ridden in the Premier League for four different clubs

Stoke Potters have made another change to their rider line-up, with Lee Smart replacing veteran Mark Burrows.

The 21-year-old, who has ridden for Weymouth and Glasgow this year, has also represented Stoke's Conference League outfit, Stoke Spitfires.

Burrows, 44, joined Stoke in May as a replacement for Glen Phillips, who left the Potters after a disappointing start to life at Loomer Road.

Smart should make his debut in the home fixture against Newport on Saturday.

He has ridden in the Premier League before for Mildenhall, Somerset, Birmingham and Glasgow.
