Guernsey's World Touring Car champion Andy Priaulx says he still needs to find more performance from his BMW. Priaulx had a good weekend at Estoril, finishing third and sixth in the two races, but championship leader Gabriele Tarquini carried 70 kilos of ballast. "We need to find more performance still," Priaulx told BBC Guernsey after the Estoril round. "I don't want to continue relying on somebody else's bad luck like Tarquini or Yvan Muller." Priaulx added: "Tarquini was very competitive to qualify in position eight with 70 kilos of ballast. "Last year, even for me, that was almost impossible so he's obviously very competitive." Priaulx will be hoping to be on form for the next round of the championship on Sunday 27 July for what will be his home race at Brands Hatch.
