Guernsey's Andy Priaulx had the illegal roll bar of Robert Huff to thank for his points in the latest round of the World Touring Car Championship at Brno. After a disappointing 14th in the first race, he then finished ninth in the second race and was out of the points. But Huff's disqualification pushed the Guernseyman up into eighth place and gained him a point. He holds on to fourth overall in the WTCC standings, but is now 25 points behind the leader Gabriele Tarquini. Italian Tarquini won the second race of the day, while compatriot Alessandro Zanardi took the first race of the day. Tarquini leads the standings with 58 points, while France's Yvan Muller is second on 43, Sweden's Rickard Rydell is third on 37 with Priaulx fourth on 34. The results came a day after the double World Champion Priaulx was named an MBE in the Queen's birthday honours list.
