| Cassandra Go cheers Wragg Cassandra Go (r) leads Misty Eyed home Cassandra Go won the King's Stand Stakes for Geoff Wragg as grey horses took first and second. Kevin Darley brought the second grey, Misty Eyed (50-1) home in second, with Richard Quinn on Funny Valentine (100-1) in third. "I walked the track earlier and I thought the best ground was two or three off the fence. I was very happy with my draw," admitted winner Roberts. "Everything went as I planned." Last year's winner and race favourite Nuclear Debate was unplaced. Full result: Ascot 1505 BST: |
