York City boss Gary Mills has been named as the Blue Square Bet Premier manager of the month for November.
In his first full month in charge, the Minstermen have been unbeaten in seven matches and progressed to the third round of the FA Cup.
His side has conceded only one goal in over 600 minutes of football during November and have climbed to 14th in the league table.
York City goalkeeper Michael Ingham has been named player of the month.
Meanwhile Blyth boss Mick Tait was named Blue Square Bet North manager of the month and Dover boss Martin Hayes won the South award.
