Two of York City's players have been put on stand by for England C for later in May.
Defender Ben Purkiss and striker Richard Brodie have both been called up ready for the International Challenge Trophy Final on 19 May.
Either of the players could be called up if any of the players in the 16-man squad pulls out because of injury.
Both Purkiss and Brodie have previously been called into and played for the England C Squad.
