Sproule has played 126 games for City

Yeovil have signed Bristol City winger Ivan Sproule on a month's loan.

The 29-year-old Northern Ireland international joined City from Hibernian in June 2007 but has made just eight appearances this term.

He scored in the League Cup defeat at Southend and last started a game at the end of August against Ipswich Town.

Sproule joins fellow Robins midfielder Gavin Williams on loan at Huish Park, where he could take part in a potential four games for the Glovers.

"I don't think my future's going to be at Bristol City by the summer," Sproule told BBC Somerset.

"I've had a fantastic time at Bristol City, but everything has to come to an end and it looks as if my career there is coming to an end."

"I'm still a signed player there and if called upon I would give 100% for them again, but at the minute I have to concentrate on playing for Yeovil."
