Woking have been relegated from the Blue Square Premier after 17 years in the top flight of non-league football, without kicking a ball on Tuesday.
Grays' 1-0 win over Crawley, along with York's 2-1 success over Forest Green and Barrow's 1-1 draw with Torquay was enough to see the Cards go down.
Woking currently have youth-team coach Graham Baker in charge, following the sacking of Phil Gilchrist on 2 April.
The Cards had already announced a news conference for 0900 BST on Wednesday.
