York City increased their chances of survival in the Blue Square Premier with a 2-1 win over Forest Green.
Adam Boyes gave York the advantage with a close-range finish from Richard Brodie's ball on 59 minutes.
The lively Brodie doubled their lead four minutes later with a shot from the edge of the area before Marcus Palmer pulled one back with a minute to go.
City are five points clear of Weymouth with both sides having two games left, Forest Green are already safe.
