Walsall striker Alex Nicholls waits for contract news
Walsall striker Alex Nicholls is out of contract at the end of the season
Walsall striker Alex Nicholls believes the club's coaching staff have already decided which out-of-contract players will be offered new deals.
"There's quite a lot of us out of contract and the lads have been doing themselves favours with the results we've been getting," he told BBC WM.
"I think the decision's been made and it's a case of waiting to find out."
The 22-year-old has scored five goals in 39 games for the League One side this season.
However, 18 of those appearances have been as a substitute for the Saddlers.

Walsall, currently in 12th position, are hoping to end the season inside the top 10, but with only two matches remaining, Nicholls believes the team need a win at Carlisle on Saturday.
"The manager [Chris Hutchings] set us that target, and it's quite possible with the results we're getting at the moment," said Nicholls.
"We're going into the game on Saturday full of confidence and hopefully we can get the result.
"None of us are on the beach just yet and we've come into a little bit of form in the last couple of games."
Walsall have lost just once in their last six matches and are three points behind 10th-placed Brentford.
