Edds was restored to the Rovers side for the win at Stockport
Tranmere can recover from their battle with relegation and climb the League One table next season, according to midfielder Gareth Edds.
Rovers survived thanks to a final day 3-0 win at Stockport County.
"County deserve to be higher, so I think we did a great job and now we must push on and see where we can reach," Edds told BBC Radio Merseyside.
"Let's just see how it goes next year. Tranmere are a massive club and a fantastic club."
The 29-year-old maintained there was always the strength and character in the squad to fight off relegation.
"I've been here before, so it's always a good feeling to be out of it and it was a great win for us," Edds continued. "We handled the pressure pretty well I thought, and we got a good goal at the right time.
"We've always had the belief and we always will have the belief. It was a great way to escape."
