Torquay United have confirmed the loan signing of versatile defender Sam Cox from Tottenham Hotspur.
After spending two years in Tottenham's academy side between 2007 and 2009, Cox signed a professional contract with the club last July.
Since then the 19-year-old has gone out on short loan spells to both Cheltenham Town and Histon this season.
Cox, who can play in both defence and midfield, will now spend the remainder of the season at Plainmoor.
