Saturday's FA Cup match at home to Oxford was the first time we've had a home game since my diagnosis - the reception I had was incredible
It's been a bit of an up and down week for me. I've started my drugs to try to fight my leukaemia but my wife has been ill and I think I've caught something off her.
I've been back and forth to the toilet like a yo-yo, so I'm having to have tests to see if it is the new pills I am taking or whether it is purely the same bug that the wife has or a combination of the two.
Elsewhere I've had a much more positive week.
Saturday's FA Cup match at home to Oxford United was the first time we've had a home game since my diagnosis.
It was the first time I had seen the fans and the reception I had was incredible.
I was getting hugs and kisses and everyone was wishing me well.
I went out onto the pitch at half-time to do the draw and got the chance to get hold of the microphone and thank everyone for all the messages and support I've had - getting a standing ovation at the end of it was a big lift as well.
