Swindon defender Sean Morrison wants to play his part in the club's promotion push after returning from a loan spell at Southend United.
The 19-year-old spent two months in Essex but was wanted back by Town manager Danny Wilson.
"It's good to be back. I enjoyed my time at Southend but this is home," he told BBC Wiltshire.
"We need a bit of depth at this time. I'm trying to prove to the gaffer I've learned a lot while I've been away."
Morrison was signed from Plymouth in 2007 and has gone on to make 30 starts for Swindon who currently lie sixth in League One.
"I think he (Danny Wilson) knows what I'm capable of doing and capable of playing like," he said.
"I'm always going to be here to back them up."
Morrison impressed Southend boss Steve Tilson during his loan spell but had to serve a suspension after being sent off on his debut.
"I started off badly with my sending off against Yeovil but I thought I did well," said Morrison.
"It felt good knowing Steve Tilson wanted to keep me on."
