Southend United have trimmed their squad by releasing seven reserve and youth-team players.
Charles Ademeno, Peggy Lokando, Rhys Henry, Jamie Forshaw, Luke Thurlbourne, Dan Harvey and Davis Abbey have all left the League One club.
Of the seven, only strikers Ademeno and Lokando have made first-team appearances for the Shrimpers.
Ademeno made five for the Essex club, whilst Lokando came on as a substitute in a Carling Cup tie in 2007.
