Jeffers and Small in reserve side

Francis Jeffers
Francis Jeffers is back after eight months out

Sheffield Wednesday pair Francis Jeffers and Wade Small will continue their comeback from injury in the reserves at Port Vale on Tuesday.

Former England striker Jeffers has made nine starts for the Owls following his move from Blackburn 15 months ago.

The 27-year-old has been out since last January with an ankle injury and is expected to start on the bench.

Small will start as part of his rehabilitation from hamstring injury that he picked up in pre-season.
