Rushden and Diamonds manager Justin Edinburgh has agreed a new deal to stay at the club for next season.
Edinburgh, who took over from Garry Hill in 2009, guided the team to this season's Blue Square Premier play-offs.
"There was never a doubt that I'd sign, just a couple of issues to finalise," said Edinburgh.
"It was an easy decision to make. The players, fans and staff at the club have been fantastic. I'm looking forward to the new season."
Chairman Keith Cousins says Edinburgh can build on the success of the 2009-10 season.
"We're delighted to have concluded and finalised the previous negotiations to keep Justin at the club for another year," said Cousins.
"We are able to build on the very good foundations that were put into place last season."
Confirmation of Edinburgh's new deal follows the departure of assistant manager Michael Stone, who left the club to coach at League Two side Barnet.
"I will be making a decision with regards to an assistant manager on my return from holiday next week," Edinburgh added.
